At TENGA Store Europe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You can return any unworn or unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Ship the Items
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
